Thank you for shopping with NexGen Dermaceuticals. We are committed to delivering our high-performance cosmetic formulations safely and efficiently to your doorstep. Please review our shipping and returns protocols below before placing an order.

1. Domestic Shipping & Processing

• Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During highly anticipated launch periods or viral restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days.

• Pre-Orders & Product Launches: For upcoming product launches or pre-orders, items will ship immediately upon arrival at our fulfillment center. Estimated shipping windows provided at checkout are projections and are not legally binding delivery dates.

• Carrier Delivery: All orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Once your order leaves our facility, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.

2. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all products purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the designated shipping carrier. NexGen Dermaceuticals is not responsible for packages delayed, damaged, or lost in transit by the carrier, or stolen after delivery verification.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the ingredient purity and strict hygienic standards of our topical cosmetic formulations, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened, used, or altered products to protect the safety of our community.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take immense pride in our quality control and luxury packaging standards. If your product arrives physically damaged, leaking, or defective due to a shipping anomaly, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to: info@nexgendermaceuticals.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged outer packaging and product bottle. Approved replacements will be processed and shipped promptly at no additional cost to you.
